PAYMENT METHODS: We accept credit cards (almost all that are on the market).  We also can accept, or handle, money orders, personal checks drawn on U.S. banks, banking wire transfers.

PRICING: All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars.

DESCRIPTIONS: All items are handcrafted and/or assembled from cast pieces, and are 14K or 18K plumb (exact) gold with exact carat weights of all gemstones used. 

DELIVERY: Jewelry will be shipped insured by the U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise requested and will be shipped within 10 working days. Overseas orders will be processed and shipped airmail, insured, FOB Los Angeles. 

GUARANTEES & RETURN POLICY: All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials for the life of the product, excluding thinning of metal at points of normal wear, and breakage or loss of gemstones due to accident or negligence. Should the jewelry fail, and our examination reveals it was not due to the above, we will REPAIR the item, to YOUR satisfaction, at no additional cost to you.

We cannot offer a cash refund on commissioned work, due to the time and materials expended in it's creation. On special purchase items, such as a specific gemstone, all sales are final between us and our gem supplier. Therefore we cannot offer you a cash refund. However any item may be returned for CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 7 days of receipt as long as it is in original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or replaced stones and no scratches on it or on the gold. 

If you have a return for any reason, please call us before sending the item to obtain a return authorization number for the shipment, and let us know to expect the package.
