Diana and I formed Hansen Designs in November 1986. We had been married for just 4 months and had just recently moved to California from Philadelphia where we had lived the previous 2 years.  It was a totally new adventure for us.  Over the years since then, and with much hard work and patience, we have seen our dream grow into a successful business.

We have no store for you to walk into.  Instead we had concentrated on traveling around the country exhibiting our jewelry designs, at Fine Art and Craft shows wherever they were held.  Once a year, in February, we head to Tucson for the annual gem and jewelry show, and exhibit our work at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Society show.  Our travels offer us the opportunity to talk with people from literally all over the world, as many of the people we meet are from other countries who are here visiting friends or on vacation.  From these meetings we learn of your interests, helping us to define our designs into uniquely crafted jewelry.

Over these past years our designs have concentrated on very limited edition rings, and one-of-a-kind pendants, earrings, and brooches as well as other items.  We strive to bring you a truly unique piece of jewelry, unlike anything you have ever seen before, utilizing unusual and rare gemstones that we either buy or cut ourselves.  In this way we offer to you, our customer and our friend, a Hansen Designs original wearable fine art jewelry design.
